They are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Solutions Specialist who will support solution design, deliver product demos, and contribute to expanding ServiceNow solution offerings across regions.
Responsibilities
- Support solution design and validate approaches with cross-technology SMEs
- Deliver product demos, support Proof of Concepts, and assist in RFP responses
- Work collaboratively with globally distributed teams
- Support competitive analysis, technical marketing engagement, and events
- Contribute to expanding ServiceNow solution offerings across regions
Skills
- 5+ years overall IT experience with minimum 3+ years ServiceNow experience
- Hands-on experience in ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / CMDB / CSDM / Discovery / Integrations
- Strong technical understanding of ServiceNow workflows and platform capabilities
- ServiceNow certifications (required)
- Ability to research options, propose multiple solution paths, and drive innovation
- Proactive, fast learner, motivated, and results-oriented
- Knowledge of ServiceNow GenAI solutions is an advantage (NOW Assist, Virtual Agent, NOW LLM)
