[Remote] ServiceNow Technical Solutions Specialist (Cloud & Automation)

ICG Global is a cloud automation and technology consulting company that focuses on simplifying hybrid cloud operations and delivering intelligent automation for enterprise environments. They are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Solutions Specialist who will support solution design, deliver product demos, and contribute to expanding ServiceNow solution offerings across regions.

Responsibilities

• Support solution design and validate approaches with cross-technology SMEs
• Deliver product demos, support Proof of Concepts, and assist in RFP responses
• Work collaboratively with globally distributed teams
• Support competitive analysis, technical marketing engagement, and events
• Contribute to expanding ServiceNow solution offerings across regions

Skills

• 5+ years overall IT experience with minimum 3+ years ServiceNow experience
• Hands-on experience in ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / CMDB / CSDM / Discovery / Integrations
• Strong technical understanding of ServiceNow workflows and platform capabilities
• ServiceNow certifications (required)
• Ability to research options, propose multiple solution paths, and drive innovation
• Proactive, fast learner, motivated, and results-oriented
• Knowledge of ServiceNow GenAI solutions is an advantage (NOW Assist, Virtual Agent, NOW LLM)
