Job Overview
The HR ServiceNow Business Systems/Quality Analyst is a unique blend of analysis and testing expertise, focusing on delivering high-quality results in medium to large-scale projects with an emphasis on HR Service Delivery.
This role requires advanced knowledge and skills, enabling the professional to apply their competency in complex situations and guide other experts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and stakeholder expectations.
- Utilize advanced elicitation techniques to develop accurate plans and estimates for requirements, continuously improving detail and accuracy.
- Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements, effectively communicating to relevant parties.
- Define the business analysis approach, including tasks and deliverables, tailored to the project and delivery methodology.
Key qualifications include understanding of HR Business Processes, ServiceNow ITIL modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and HR Service Delivery, as well as experience with various project delivery methodologies like Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
