Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.
• Prioritize, recommend, and implement solutions that add value to address business needs.
• Collaborate in the configuration of different modules.
• Draft functional specifications and communicate them to developers.
• Ensure proper test execution and maintain detailed documentation.
• Organize and ensure effective user training for configured enhancements.
• Identify and participate in the appropriate deployment strategy.
• Oversee the follow-up of enhancements to ensure success.
• Provide post-implementation support as necessary.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of integration concepts with other software.

Skills Needed:

• At least 5 years of experience as a functional analyst on the ServiceNow platform.
• Advanced knowledge of ITSM and CSM modules.
• Familiarity with other modules such as Integration Hub, Platform Analytics, ITOM, and Field Service Management is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, adaptability, and quick learning ability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of MID Server is a bonus.
• MUST BE BILINGUAL
