Job Title: Servicenow Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Servicenow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in implementing Service Management practices based on industry standards.

• Leverage IT Service Management and other IT Practices to optimize, transform, and ensure IT Organizations are compliant, efficient, and effective using the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow System Administrators, SI Process Consultants, and Business Analysts to resolve incidents as needed.
• Co-design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services.
• Assist ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating release level of effort.
• Provide mentoring and guidance for ServiceNow System Administrators.
• Take ownership of complex business requirements and work them to completion.

Required Skills:

• Vulnerability experience required.
• Integration and CMDB expertise desired.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, Jelly) essential.
• Understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodologies necessary.
• Excellent communication and writing skills required for remote team collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of JavaScript/Angular/AngularJS essential.
