Software Developer Job Description

This role involves developing and maintaining applications, workflows, forms, and system integrations on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ServiceNow development tools and architecture, as well as experience with HRSD modules such as Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.

• Key Responsibilities:
• • Develop and maintain applications, workflows, forms, and system integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• • Focus on HRSD modules such as Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
• • Translate HR service requirements into scalable, user-friendly technical solutions using platform best practices.
• • Advise HR and HRIS stakeholders on platform capabilities and improvement opportunities.
• • Identify, scope, and help prioritize HR service automation and modernization initiatives.
• • Stay current with platform releases and contribute to the ServiceNow roadmap for HR technology.
• • Provide Tier 2 support for HRSD-related issues and service requests.
• • Create and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and user guides for internal teams.
• • Mentor and support HR users in adopting ServiceNow solutions, promoting platform self-sufficiency.
