ServiceNow Developer

The ISHPI team requires a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, engineer, and maintain systems improving customer organizational efficiency.

• Create new development solutions or re-engineer existing ones to enhance automated functionality.
• Implement code and documentation for software development actions ensuring interoperability in ServiceNow low-code platforms.
• Develop unit-tests for all coded functionalities, review code and data for possible security vulnerabilities, and maintain safety standards.

Key qualifications include:

• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Five years of experience in required software development technologies.
• Expertise in Agile methodology, planning, requirements gathering, and design.
• Familiarity with low-coding environments, such as Appian or ServiceNow, and scripting languages (Java, SQL, HTML).

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving, design, communication, and presentation skills, as well as a valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification. Security Clearance: Requires U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD government security clearance.
