Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated ServiceNow CMDB & Asset Management Specialist with 6 years of overall IT experience, including 3 years of hands-on work in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and alignment with ITIL best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

6 years of total IT experience, with at least 3 years in ServiceNow CMDB & Asset Management.

Proficiency in ServiceNow modules: CMDB, ITAM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

Experience with data integrations (MID Server, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, REST APIs).

Knowledge of ITIL v4 processes especially Configuration and Asset Management.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
