ServiceNow Developer(FSM

5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

Strong hands-on experience with CSM and FSM modules.

Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers.

Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, and other core ServiceNow modules.

Strong understanding of Customer workflows, Case Management, and Field Service dispatching.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
