As a key player in the IT service management space, we are looking for a ServiceNow OMT to join our enthusiastic team. Role Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide technical support for incidents and service requests related to ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues.
- Implement and maintain ITIL processes within the ServiceNow environment.
- Develop and enhance workflows and automation processes using ServiceNow.
- Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to improve efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Assist in the development of dashboards and reports to track operational metrics.
- Train end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
- Manage change requests in accordance with established change management processes.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay current with updates and new features of the ServiceNow platform.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
- Support integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems.
- Provide input for service improvements and suggest best practices.
- Maintain security compliance and data integrity standards. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, CSS, HTML).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with data reporting and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with database concepts and data modeling.
- Knowledge of web services and integration methods.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- ServiceNow certification (preferred).
- Experience in end-user training and support.
