As a key player in the IT service management space, we are looking for a ServiceNow OMT to join our enthusiastic team. Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide technical support for incidents and service requests related to ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues.
  • Implement and maintain ITIL processes within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Develop and enhance workflows and automation processes using ServiceNow.
  • Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Assist in the development of dashboards and reports to track operational metrics.
  • Train end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
  • Manage change requests in accordance with established change management processes.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay current with updates and new features of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
  • Support integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems.
  • Provide input for service improvements and suggest best practices.
  • Maintain security compliance and data integrity standards. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
  • Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, CSS, HTML).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data reporting and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of web services and integration methods.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • ServiceNow certification (preferred).
  • Experience in end-user training and support.
