ServiceNow Implementation Manager <\/p>
Roles & Responsibilities: <\/p>
- 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with at least 8 years in the IT industry <\/li>
- Expertise in ServiceNow implementation and various modules (ITSM, CSM, etc.) <\/li>
- Proficient in Angular -based client -side & server -side scripting, JavaScript, and ITILv4 processes <\/li>
- Lead Agile teams, plan, and track work, ensuring project goals are met <\/li>
- Excellent communication, problem -solving, and collaboration skills <\/li>
- Manage project timelines, scope, and budgets, ensuring timely and successful delivery <\/li>
- Work closely with stakeholders and business users to understand requirements <\/li>
- Facilitate project workshops, training, testing, and go -live support <\/li>
- ServiceNow Administration certification is a must, other certifications a plus <\/li>
- Provide technical solutions and integrations with LDAP, SSO, and other technologies <\/li>
- Strong team management and communication skills <\/li><\/ul>
