Location: Dallas, TX/Atlanta, GA/NJ (Hybrid Role)

C2C Role

Provide ServiceNow platform development, customization, and support.

Build and maintain catalog items, workflows, integrations, and modules.

Resolve tickets related to defects, enhancements, and tenant onboarding issues.

Document ticket resolutions with RCA, solution steps, and preventive recommendations.

Update ticketing system with hours of effort and coding references for each issue.

Provide inputs for job aids, knowledge articles, and best practice documentation for recurring issues.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow coding standards, security, and compliance guidelines.
