Your Role
We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to enhance our ServiceNow offerings in IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Relationship Management (CSM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM). As a crucial member of our team, you'll act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of our solutions and facilitating successful sales engagements.
This position is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales teams to comprehend client requirements and propose tailored solutions utilizing the ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM platforms.
- Execute compelling product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical presentations to illustrate the benefits of ServiceNow solutions.
- Engage with client stakeholders, including technical teams and executive leadership, to pinpoint challenges and align ServiceNow capabilities with business objectives.
- Design solution architectures and workflows, emphasizing how ServiceNow can optimize processes and resolve client pain points.
- Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to produce technical documentation, solution proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Stay informed on the latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and market trends to ensure our solutions evolve in line with client needs.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and technical deep dives to instill confidence in ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and delivery capabilities.
- Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams throughout the pre-sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a relatable field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting, with a strong focus on ServiceNow's ITSM, CSM, and ITOM products.
- Proven ability to design and present complex technical solutions in a clear and engaging manner.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows, integrations, and customizations.
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Commitment to continual learning of new ServiceNow technologies.
- Experience in pre-sales for SaaS platforms or cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs and data transformation tools.
- Experience with Now Assist and Creator Assist.
- Experience integrating common telephony cloud solutions (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect).
- Experience with ITOM monitoring tools and related strategies.
- Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum).
Required Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or v4)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM
