Job Description:

  • Negotiate all facets of renewal contracts to maximize contract value and customer relationship.
  • Identify customer needs and demonstrate account management capabilities.
  • Maintain licensing models knowledge to provide sales and customers assistance.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Regularly update management and escalate when needed.
  • Engage customers in conversations around renewal readiness.
  • Ensure continued engagement and customer value realization for multi-year contracts.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in Renewal Account Management or Customer Success capacity.
  • Advanced proficiency with contract renewal processes.
  • Excellent customer management skills, including sales, account management, and customer service.
  • Personal initiative to identify process improvement areas.
  • Strong work ethic and quota achievement.
