Your Role
We are in search of an accomplished Solution Consultant specializing in ServiceNow ITSM, CRM, and ITOM. In this pivotal position, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, demonstrating the significant value of our solutions and facilitating successful sales interactions.
This role is fully remote.
Your Responsibilities
- Work alongside sales teams to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions utilizing ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM platforms.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical presentations to illustrate the advantages of ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, including technical teams and leadership, to identify pain points and align ServiceNow capabilities with their business objectives.
- Create solution architectures and workflows that showcase how ServiceNow can optimize processes and resolve client challenges.
- Partner with sales and delivery teams to prepare technical documents, solution proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Stay updated on new ServiceNow platform features and market trends, ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of clients.
- Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and technical discussions to build confidence in our ServiceNow solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are aligned with our delivery capabilities.
- Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams throughout the pre-sales process, responding to inquiries and concerns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles, focusing on ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM products.
- Proven capacity to articulate and present sophisticated technical solutions effectively.
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform functions, including workflows, integrations, and customizations.
- A solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-focused approach.
- Commitment to ongoing training in new ServiceNow technologies to maintain up-to-date skills.
- Experience in pre-sales for SaaS platforms or cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs and data transformation tools.
- Experience with Now Assist and Creator Assist.
- Experience integrating popular telephony cloud solutions (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect).
- Background with monitoring tools and strategies related to ITOM.
- Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications).
Required Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or v4)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CSM
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM
