The Sr Services Sales Executive-State and Local role is responsible for managing both Expert Services and Success Services sales within designated strategic accounts. The successful candidate will drive rollout and deployment plans for licensed ServiceNow products, ensuring high client satisfaction scores and revenue recognition.
- Act as primary point of contact for customers regarding ServiceNow's services portfolio.
- Lead engagement negotiations, ensuring legal and operational stakeholder evaluations are performed.
- Work with license and solution sales teams to position Expert and Success services on designated accounts.
Qualifications include 7+ years of experience in selling professional services and/or solutions in the software industry, consultative sales experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and proven track record of meeting quotas and key success metrics.
