A leading investment firm in Miami, FL seeks an experienced ServiceNow Engineering Lead to join their team. As the technical lead for our next-generation ServiceNow platform, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a scalable, flexible, and secure architecture that meets evolving business needs. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of our next-generation ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and implement automation solutions using ServiceNow to streamline IT service management and enhance operational workflows.
• Utilize Azure cloud services to build, deploy, and manage scalable and secure automation workflows, integrating them seamlessly with the ServiceNow platform.
• Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that drive efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Work closely with IT, operations, and development teams to integrate innovative automation solutions across the organization.
• Establish metrics, dashboards, and monitoring solutions to track automation performance, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to SLAs.
