Job Description

The role involves developing law firm operational workflows within the ServiceNow environment under the guidance of the internal K2 Services ServiceNow team.

• Design and deliver effective business and operating models spanning the full ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and implement workflows, scripts, and automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Manage the process of upgrading and patching the ServiceNow platform ensuring compatibility and functionality.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into system performance and process efficiency.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior developers on best practice approaches.
