Senior System Architect - ServiceNow

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for enhancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) suite, developing Service Catalog forms, implementing Integration Hub spokes and creating new integrations. You will also maintain the overall health of the ServiceNow environment and participate in user support and education as needed.

This is a full-time position that requires working on site in Houston, Texas. Key Responsibilities

• Upgrade and maintain existing ServiceNow system, including custom code and integrations.
• Support Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Request, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Create complex Service Catalog forms.
• Deploy Integration Hub Spokes as needed.
• Develop custom code and integrations through scripts and process flows.
• Support the Virtual Agent.
• Deploy new ServiceNow modules.
• Maintain foundation data as needed within the system.
• Provide end-user support and help provide guidance on process improvement.
• Participate in on-call rotation. Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of relevant job experience.
• High proficiency with ServiceNow.
• Must be willing to work on site in Houston Texas during core business hours. Benefits
