Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:

Service Management Module Maintenance: Continuously improve and enhance the ServiceNow platform by maintaining and upgrading existing modules, including ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM.

Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.

Workflow Development: Work closely with stakeholders to design and develop custom workflows that meet business needs and requirements.

Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
