The ServiceNow Lead Engineer is responsible for designing, architecting, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications. This includes conducting requirements analysis, implementing configuration changes, customizing the platform, defining security measures, and orchestrating workflows. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical development, implementation, administration, and support of ServiceNow applications
• Drive development of new applications and enhancements for ServiceNow
• Mentor and guide a team of developers to achieve project milestones
• Collaborate with solution architects and IT leadership to ensure alignment with architectural standards

Qualifications include 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, and expertise in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
