Job Title: Servicenow IRM Engineers

Multiple Locations: Phoenix AZ/ New York NY/Salt Lake City UT

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow administration and development experience with IRM/GRC modules.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Provide day-to-day user support and resolve tickets related to ServiceNow IRM
• Solid experience with IRM/GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, and/or Audit)
• Hands-on experience with upgrades, cloning, and integrations.
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA and CAD (CIS Risk & Compliance preferred).
