ServiceNow IRM (GRC) Multiple Roles (Architect / SME / Business Analyst / Support Lead)

Job Description:

We are hiring multiple experienced professionals for a large-scale, multi-year ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM / GRC) program in Chicago, IL.

These are long-term onsite positions offering stability, growth, and exposure to enterprise-level risk transformation initiatives.

Open roles include:

• ServiceNow IRM Senior Solution Architect $70/hr C2C
• ServiceNow IRM Support Lead $60/hr C2C
• ServiceNow IRM SME / Project Manager $60/hr C2C
• ServiceNow IRM Senior Business Analyst $60/hr C2C

ServiceNow IRM Senior Solution Architect

• Lead design, architecture, and implementation of complex ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
• Translate business objectives into secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Mentor technical teams and enforce platform best practices.
• 10+ years total experience with at least 5+ years hands-on IRM.

ServiceNow IRM Support Lead

• Own production support, enhancement delivery, and defect resolution for IRM/GRC modules.
• Manage enhancement and defect backlog; work with end users and technical teams.
• Configure reports and dashboards for better visibility into risk posture.
• 5+ years of IRM/GRC production support experience in enterprise environments.

ServiceNow IRM SME / Project Manager

• Lead migration initiatives from RSA Archer (or similar) to ServiceNow IRM.
• Define risk taxonomies, RCSA processes, controls management, and reporting.
• Strong project management skills and financial services background preferred.

ServiceNow IRM Senior Business Analyst

• Conduct workshops and gather detailed business requirements for IRM modules.
• Translate requirements into user stories and functional documentation.
• Deep understanding of RCSA, Issue Management, Loss Events, and Controls Testing.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical implementation teams.

Core Skills (for all roles):

• 5 10+ years of ServiceNow IRM / GRC experience.
• Strong understanding of Issue Management, Incident Management, Loss Events, Controls Testing, and RCSA.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in financial or regulated industries is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, or related field.
• ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation or support experience in large enterprises.
• RSA Archer ServiceNow migration experience preferred.
• Certifications (CSA, CIS-IRM, Agile/PM) are a plus
