Role Summary

As a Senior Web Application Developer, you’ll design, build, and enhance modern, client-facing web applications that power exceptional customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping our digital platforms, mentoring teammates, and exploring emerging technologies. Key Accountabilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and responsive web applications that deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and engineers to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain application code using modern languages and frameworks such as JavaScript (Node, React, Angular), .NET, or Java.
• Leverage cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container platforms like Docker and Kubernetes to build efficient solutions.
• Ensure compatibility across platforms and browsers through rigorous testing and responsive design practices.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering best practices in coding, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
• Lead initiatives that improve system architecture, performance, and maintainability.
• Explore and innovate with emerging tools, open-source libraries, and technologies to enhance our digital ecosystem.

Required

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years developing and designing component-based web, mobile, or desktop applications.
• Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles and modern development frameworks (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node).

Preferred

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with multiple programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or PHP.
