Sr. Technical Lead - ServiceNow Implementation

Job Title: Sr. ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and implement comprehensive hardware asset management solutions.

• Design and develop scalable HAM Pro solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement hardware lifecycle workflows, reconciliation processes, and asset normalization techniques.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure CMDB models, asset classes, and relationships to meet organizational needs.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, business rules, UI policies, and Flow Designer logic.
• Integrate HAM Pro with discovery tools (SCCM, JAMF, Tanium) and external inventory systems.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with governance policies.
• Support instance transitions, upgrades, and performance tuning activities.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, update sets, and deployment packages.
• Contribute to platform best practices and knowledge transfer initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in HAM Pro design and configuration.
• Proven experience with CMDB, ITAM, and ITSM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience with Service Portal, Service Catalog, and Scoped Applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
