Senior Developer/Maintainer

We are looking for a skilled professional to provide operational services to the Intelligence Community.

• Provide guidance on ServiceNow best practice and workflow automation.
• Ensure system health and compliance with ServiceNow.
• Create and configure Client Scripts, Business Rules, ACLs, etc.
• Coordinate application and platform upgrades.
• Load, manipulate, and maintain data on ServiceNow.
• Support 3rd party data integrations.
• Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
• Create ServiceNow Applications.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of ServiceNow development, software installation and configuration, and system performance monitoring and tuning.
• Experience with Scoped application development in ServiceNow.
• UI Builder, App Engine Studio or other solutions to deliver custom UX/UI portal pages/interface/web experiences.
• Develop/maintain documentation and technical specifications for IT staff.
• AGILE principles and processes experience.
• TS/SCI clearance.
