Senior Software Engineer - Hardware Asset Management

Our team is looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the implementation of a robust hardware asset management system.

• Develop and deploy scalable hardware asset management solutions using ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HAM Pro with existing infrastructure.
• Design and implement data normalization and reconciliation processes.
• Configure and optimize CMDB models, asset classes, and relationships.
• Write and maintain custom scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
• Integrate HAM Pro with SCCM, JAMF, and Tanium.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the implementation process.
• Support instance migrations, upgrades, and performance enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and update sets.
• Share expertise and best practices within the organization.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in HAM Pro architecture and design.
• Strong understanding of CMDB, ITAM, and ITSM principles.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience with Service Portal, Service Catalog, and Scoped Applications.
• Awareness of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
