Seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead the execution and delivery of strategic ServiceNow implementations across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects, collaborating with business leaders and IT stakeholders to define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive project objectives, leveraging Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in managing complex IT projects, with a minimum of 4 years dedicated to ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform, data models, and integration patterns.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing matrixed environments and delivering results-driven projects.
