ServiceNow Technical Lead
The ideal ServiceNow Technical Lead will have a proven track record of expertise in ServiceNow, driving the development of complex applications, modules, and integrations. They will foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Development: Spearhead the creation of innovative solutions in ServiceNow, working closely with application owners to meet their needs.
- System Configuration: Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators to design and implement custom configurations that enhance operational efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to increase scalability and performance.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, working with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Documentation: Develop clear and concise technical documentation to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and adoption.
Required skills include experience working with HRIS/ERP/CRM systems such as Netsuite, SFDC, ADP, UKG, HubSpot. Desired certifications include Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA). A minimum of 8 years of overall development experience is mandatory, alongside leadership experience of at least 5 team members. Additionally, 6+ years of ServiceNow Development experience, encompassing CSM, ITSM, and preferably HR Service Delivery, ITAM, ITOM, and SecOps, is essential. Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore is a requirement.
