ServiceNow Solutions Lead

We're seeking a seasoned professional to helm our Hybrid team in Chandler, Arizona.

This key player will oversee the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, encompassing ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow applications.

• Solution Architecture: Spearhead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the architectural vision and roadmap.
• Customization & Configuration: Oversee customization and configuration of ServiceNow modules.
• Integration Design: Architect integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.

Key skills include expertise in ServiceNow architecture, design, and configuration, as well as in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices.
