ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Expert

This role requires a seasoned professional to guide IT service management strategy, planning, and delivery to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow System, with a minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience and 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.

• Create complex queries, reports, and dashboards
• Configure and design ServiceNow modules and forms
• Manage ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow updates

A bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or equivalent experience is required. Certification in ServiceNow Developer Certifications or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist is highly recommended.
