As a Manager, ServiceNow, you will join our Consulting practice and lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables. You will formulate and define specifications for the ServiceNow platform, provide technical leadership, and evaluate performance. Your expertise in ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification is preferred. Responsibilities:
- Formulate and define specifications for the ServiceNow platform
- Provide coding standards and review content provided by extended development teams
- Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables
- Evaluate ServiceNow platform performance and isolate issues
- Implement modules and third-party integrations within ServiceNow Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of experience managing large enterprise systems
- Bachelors degree or eight years equivalent work experience
- ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification preferred
- Experience leading teams in agile project delivery
- Ability to customize workflows using JavaScript
