Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced RPA Senior Developer to join our team. As a senior developer, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end RPA development using UiPath, collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners to identify automation opportunities, translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable automation workflows, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to best practices, code reviews, and technical guidance across the RPA team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the RPA interface with customers to align on solution design and perform business technology alignment, solution discovery, service management, project portfolio management, and relationship management.
• Analyze business requirements or issues and convert analysis to functional specifications to meet cross-functional business requirements or resolve issues.
• Design and implement automation solutions to improve process efficiency and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices, code reviews, and technical guidance across the RPA team.
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process orchestration.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and documentation standards throughout the automation lifecycle.
