Job Title: Lead ServiceNow Systems Administrator

Christus Health is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Lead ServiceNow Systems Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing IT systems, including email management systems, enterprise client/server applications, mobile device management, and application deployment technologies like Citrix.

They must possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

As part of this role, the selected individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining open communication channels, and resolving technical challenges within assigned systems.

Key responsibilities include creating and implementing standard and customized procedures for efficient problem resolution, identifying trends and patterns, generating reports, and staying up-to-date on industry developments through continuous learning and training.
