Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving ServiceNow projects forward, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. This includes:
- Developing solutions to complex problems, recommending changes to policies and procedures, and driving process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
- Providing strategic direction and feedback to team members, ensuring successful project completion and exceeding performance expectations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements, and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
Suitable candidates will possess a proven track record in leading ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB projects, hold relevant certifications (ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator or Certified Application Developer), and demonstrate excellent soft skills, including executive communication, adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork, relationship-building, dependability, and organization. Experience leading teams and supervising others is also essential. A valid driver's license in the US and ability to travel as needed are required.
