Job description :

• ServiceNow HAM Pro HAM/ SLTN Developers

• 4 to 5 years of Experience with flow designer development

• Catalog development

• Experience in writing Script business rules

• Customizing HAM workflows

• Creating customized client scripts,

• Creating custom modules and solutions in ServiceNow,

• Troubleshooting code in ServiceNow

1. Tech & Data Resources

Responsibilities: -

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist -

Core module (ITOM and ITAM Background, Heavy focus on Hardware asset management and CMDB, Service Catalog, Flow Designer ) -

Responsible for all scripting changes including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script

-Includes, and UI Actions, UI Macro, UI Pages, Sites. Create a consistent and easy to read formats for all scripts that includes comments explaining the functionality. Server-side scripts using the most efficient GlideRecord methods to reduce overall processing time.

• Development/Customization and Administration of Service Now Core Modules, Hardware/Software Asset Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio management, Content Management System.

• Responsible for Integrations with 3rd party tools, applications, and systems

• Work extensively on external integrations using Direct Web services over SOAP and REST

• Creation of design documents ,test cases & Unit testing

• Defect fixing & accommodate small changes in case of minor enhancement

• Customization of different applications and modules within ServiceNow

• Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it.

• Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation. Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions.

• Ability to create and Modify Workflows

. - Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.

• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.

• SaFe Agile Methodology

Skills Required: .

Fullstack Experience (Preferred), JavaScript, ReactJS, JSON, SQL/MySQL,

· Content Management System / Portal Development /ServiceNow Workspace Builder

· Advanced Skills with ServiceNow Development APIs

· Web Service Integration experience and ServiceNow Integration Hub

· LDAP Integration experience
