Senior ServiceNow Developer/Technical Lead

Job Overview:

We seek a senior ServiceNow developer/technical lead with expertise in designing, configuring, and customizing ITOM modules. The role demands technical knowledge, leadership skills, and stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable and reliable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules

• Implement and maintain the CSDM framework

• Lead full lifecycle of ServiceNow solutions development

• Develop complex scripting solutions using JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly, and other ServiceNow frameworks

• Manage ServiceNow core platform integrations

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers

• Perform thorough system testing, troubleshoot issues, and deliver prompt end-user support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards

• Foster documentation practices including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational manuals

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and Connected Operations

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM components

• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly on the ServiceNow platform

• Experience with multiple integration methods

• Proven ability to design and enforce CSDM standards for data models and CI relationships
