Senior ServiceNow Administrator
This role involves managing, supporting, and enhancing the ServiceNow ITIL Service Desk Platform. Key responsibilities include platform administration and maintenance, ITSM module configuration, development and automation, system integration, CMDB and asset management, performance and compliance, and support and training.
- 7-14 years of experience in IT, with 5+ years specifically in ServiceNow Administration and Development.
- Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Strong scripting skills within the ServiceNow environment, including expert proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and working with server-side and client-side scripting.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
