A senior-level position requiring extensive experience in ServiceNow modules, including HRSD, CSM, ITSM, and CMD.
- Must have at least 10 years of experience in ServiceNow with a focus on Human Resource Service Delivery, Configuration Management Database, Customer Service Management, and IT Service Management.
- Multiple end-to-end implementations of CSM, ITSM, HRSD, and CMD are expected.
- Provide support for ServiceNow Application Users, including system maintenance in Production and Sandbox environments.
- Covers various modules: Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge.
- ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Portal, Automation, and Reports & Dashboard expertise required.
- Inbound and Outbound integrations with ServiceNow, as well as Release upgrade testing and Application security administration skills necessary.
- User training for day-to-day operations using ServiceNow standard practices.
