ServiceNow Architect Role

This position requires a highly skilled ServiceNow architect with 10+ years of experience in implementing projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about technologies, particularly ServiceNow.

Mandatory skills and responsibilities include:

• Leading developer and architect roles in ServiceNow projects
• Coordinating with clients and team members to ensure understanding of requirements
• Participating in design discussions and offering technical suggestions for enhancing applications
• Discussing client requirements daily and documenting them to develop solutions
• Implementing SCRUM practices in the team and participating in SCRUM meetings
• Managing implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and ensuring existing functionalities are not impacted
• Providing new access for new hires and managing ServiceNow and 3CLogic License allotments
• Implementing eBonding, client requests for enhancements or changes, and ticket category changes
• Managing IVR and reports, as well as foundation data management
• Testing code fixes and updates before moving to production
