ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect Role

In this role, you will collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes related to HR service delivery. You will conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions to elicit and document functional requirements.

You will analyze HR processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the ServiceNow HRSD platform. You will configure HRSD modules such as Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog to meet business needs.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as a functional consultant or business analyst working on HR service delivery projects, preferably with ServiceNow HRSD. You should have a strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and regulations.
