Job Title: ServiceNow - Architect Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and be capable of designing and implementing robust solutions that enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Architect and design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD modules.
- Lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture, design specifications, and integration plans.
- Integration and Customization:
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., SAP, salesforce, Azure) using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Customize ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Develop and manage automated workflows and scripts to streamline IT processes and reduce manual effort.
- Project Management and Leadership:
- Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope and budget.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to promote platform adoption and effective use.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with ServiceNow product releases, features, and best practices, leveraging new capabilities to enhance solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, driving continuous enhancement of service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow instances, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
