We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate holds Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications and has a proven track record across multiple ServiceNow modules and intricate integrations.

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Multiple Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
• Domain Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in implementing and architecting solutions for:
• Field Service Management (FSM)
• Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) (formerly ITBM)
• Customer Service Management (CSM)
• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Integration Proficiency: Deep experience in designing and delivering complex integrations with external systems using methods such as:
• API
• Integration Hub
• MID Server
• Architectural Leadership: Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical designs adhering to ServiceNow best practices.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive solution designs, architecture documentation, and technical roadmaps.
• Guide and mentor implementation teams on best practices and technical standards.
• Showcase demos, gather requirements from client, and perform hands-on implementation.
