ServiceNow App Engine Solutions Architect

U.S. Army Digital Modernization Initiative ServiceNow Expert

This position involves replacing legacy financial systems with secure ServiceNow applications to support the U.S. Army's digital modernization initiative.

Candidates will work closely with government stakeholders to design and deliver a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) using ServiceNow App Engine.

• Develop and deploy ServiceNow applications meeting DoD standards.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions ensuring compliance with NIST, HIPAA, and DoD data handling policies.
• Create workflows, dashboards, and data integrations supporting Agile DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide documentation, training, and support for users and administrators.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an Agile environment and knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine.
