Servicenow Solution Architect Position

This key role is accountable for developing and executing an engineering strategy for Servicenow-based solutions at the program or portfolio level, driving business outcomes through effective solution delivery. Main Accountabilities:

• Develop and lead the engineering approach for Servicenow Vulnerability Response (VR) solution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement.
• Define and manage Servicenow VR feature configurations, working across multiple teams to explore solution alternatives and drive best practice adoption.
• Provide strategic guidance on Servicenow development methodologies and platform capabilities, promoting industry-leading practices.
• Oversee technical aspects of development teams, including design reviews, adherence to best practices, and process improvement initiatives.
• Determine the technology stack for Servicenow VR solution within approved parameters, ensuring seamless integration and efficient deployment.
• Pursue innovative technologies to enhance development efficiency, test/QA coverage, and release management.
• Establish and enforce end-to-end testing strategies, coordinating team efforts to achieve program/portfolio solution objectives.
• Function as a go-to expert across Cybersecurity organizations for Servicenow VR development expertise.
• Collaborate with IT, Asset Management, and Risk & Compliance teams to synchronize SecOps and core platform processes.
• Participate in the organization's Servicenow roadmap development, recommending investments in system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements aligned with long-term strategic goals.
