This role involves leading platform adoption, innovation and strategic alignment across Fiserv's FedRAMP Government divisions.

• This position requires strong technical expertise, communication and stakeholder engagement skills to champion the ServiceNow platform and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation.
• The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with IT, operations and product teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Promote the strategic value of ServiceNow across business units, aligning capabilities with enterprise goals in ITSM, ITOM, APM and more.

Key requirements include at least 6+ years of experience in systems engineering, 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience, and 2+ years of automated testing framework experience.
