Job Title: Remote Senior ServiceNow Architect

Job Description:

• Define and evolve the enterprise ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap aligned with business requirements.
• Lead the design and development of solutions across ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, GRC, SecOps, Integration Services, Intelligence & AI, ITSM / DevOps etc.).
• Develop and maintain platform standards, design patterns, reusable components, and architectural governance.
• Evaluate and drive adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities and releases.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across ServiceNow projects.
• Oversee high-level design, integration patterns, and performance/scalability best practices.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, product owners, business analysts, and project teams.
