Enterprise ServiceNow Architect

As a seasoned Enterprise ServiceNow Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our IT organization by designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive business success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic roadmaps, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow Architecture: Develop and maintain robust ServiceNow architectures that meet the evolving needs of the business, leveraging expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, and custom applications.
• Solution Delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators on best practices, emphasizing platform security, compliance, performance, and scalability.

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (master's preferred)
• Minimum 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including at least 3 years in an architect role
• ServiceNow CSA and CIS certifications in at least one module - ITSM or ITOM
