To support our clients in achieving their goals, we need a Senior ServiceNow Architect who brings deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture and integration with a strong focus on IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM) modules. Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Develop and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise strategies.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and ensure seamless integration.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and administrators on best practices.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, performance, and scalability through proper design.
• Oversee complex integrations with third-party systems using APIs, MID servers, and IntegrationHub.
