ServiceNow Developer (Remote Opportunity)

Join ICF's Digital Modernization Division! We are excited to offer a remote opportunity for ServiceNow Developers of all experience levels to support our federal customers. Our team is dedicated to delivering integrated, strategic solutions to both public and private sector clients. Your Role: As a ServiceNow Developer at ICF, you will play an essential role in supporting the mission, business, and service needs of our customers. Our developers work on a variety of projects including systems that detect fraud, facilitate wireless spectrum auctions, and enhance citizen engagement with regulatory processes, all leveraging the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

• Define system scope and objectives, translating requirements into detailed specifications.
• Assist in the creation and grooming of user stories.
• Engage in coding, testing, debugging, and generating technical documentation.
• Oversee all phases of application systems analysis and programming.'
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand application needs.
• Guide and mentor junior technical team members.
• Develop both front-end portals and back-end solutions.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• 3+ years in IT application systems and technology solution delivery.
• 2+ years in platform customization, including custom application development.
• Strong programming experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
• Experience leading and mentoring junior ServiceNow team members.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills:

• Integration experience with SOAP, REST, and JSON.
• Administration experience of a ServiceNow instance.
• Experience in migrating and refactoring legacy applications in ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow upgrades.
• ServiceNow Developer Certification is a plus.
