About This Role We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Senior to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding our IT service management strategy, planning, and delivery. You will design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards using your extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow system.
A successful candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, with a minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience and 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles. They will also need to have thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System, experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, and REST, SOAP services, and an understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified.
You will be working independently as well as collaboratively with remote teams and clients, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. If you're passionate about delivering innovative IT services and solutions, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery
- Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards
- Administer ServiceNow applications, including updating security and workflow configurations
- Provide additional support based on subject matter expertise
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience
- 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles
- Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, and REST, SOAP services
- Understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
